My canvas came damaged, what do I do?


 

There are two reasons as to why a canvas may be missing/damaged:

 

• Shipping Damage 

Sometimes a package may get damaged/lost during transportation (we don't have any control over this). If a package comes with physical damage to the package, please email us photos of all the visible damage. We'll file a claim with our shipping partner and work on your replacement right away! If you didn't receive your package please contact us right away!

 

• Defect/Mistake on Our End

Since EVERYTHING at our shop is handmade, there may be a few instances where human error comes into play. We want to resolve this for you as soon as possible. Please send us an email with a description and include photos of visible damage. We'll be able to tell what went wrong so we can be sure to fix it moving forward. 

 

We're sorry for the inconvenience but rest assured we'll do everything we can to make it right!
